It's NOT donation

Hello, I'm just pointing out that a donation is:

A donation is a gift given by physical or legal persons, typically for charitable purposes and/or to benefit a cause.

You are calling it a donation system but it's acctualy a shop. Also calling it a donation is breaking German law. And i therefor suggest that you redefine the word used to something like "Point Shop". Otherwise I want to know what cause the money is going to.

First of all, I'm not from Germany. Second of do you even know what doantion is? If a player donate he helps us to pay for the dedicated server. To donate is to give money to so called Wofb to help us economically, and when they donate we're giving them so called points in return for the economically help that they get benefits of in game.

And..

Thats means the person giving cash (donating). I'm not the one donating, Wofb is reciving donations, not giving donations. So it's the people donating (Pays for points) that benefits my server.

I think you better read and understand what you write before you come out with something stupid like that.

It's not a shop, it's a donation system. We give them points for helping us out economically. As a reward they can choise items for the points they receive when helping us.

And if you want to know what cause it's going to.. ITS GOING TO WOFB TO HELP US KEEP THE SERVER GOING, HELP US DEVELOP.

Yea, we can might call it a "donation" aslong as you are using everything to pay there server witch is not the case. Norwegian law doesn't seem to state donationsm but if you are not a registratet non-profit organisation you'll have to pay taxes from the money you recive.

Tbh I couldn't care less, give me a reason why I have to show you the papers about taxes, or whatever I resive? I don't have to pay taxes for it aslong as earn under 39900kr(About 4500euro) a year,It's not your buisness, with your 'law' skills you couldn't even sue a fly. 188.40.38.173 is the IP address of wofb.mine.nu. How is GM Stian? Probable a jerk since the server crashes all the time. And he isn't to find anywhere around here, so no, i don't think this is your server.

If Im right he live in norway so he can be Stian and server is hosted in GErmany.

If I got this right server owners is Cato and Espen H (from otservlist), but RIPE says Stian is owner, and that he is a Norwegian, but ip is registrered to Germany. I think atleast Cato is a Norwegian, but i'm not sure.

Can be an error in RIPE and the Server is hosted in Norway instead?

The dedicated servers owner is Stian, a rl of me. I'm owning Wofb, this Tibian server.
The dedicated server is located in Germany, we live on norway. So hard to understand ? haha
